Iris was very flexible and adaptable finding us houses that met our specifications and scoping them out before we got to The Springs. She was able to do virtual viewings so we could eliminate some of the properties before we even got there. Once we got there, and it was more or less, on a whim - She put together a list of places and we toured 8 houses the first day, and were going to tour 11 more the next day - except we found our dream house in the morning. She was able to get the paperwork in and we got the house. During the closing process, she was available to answer our random questions and provide some clarity as to what was happening behind the scenes. She recommended a thorough and reliable inspector and provided an overall expert realtor experience.
